At Watery, we want to ensure you have the perfect gear for your aquatic adventures. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the sports gear you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the equipment is unused and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
